Radio Times

From the moment you see the author's name in the title, you know what to expect of this glitzy melodrama. Luxury, deception and no little passion are all to the fore as ambitious attorney Robert Urich finds himself falling for Stacy Haiduk, the trophy wife of terminally ill millionaire Darren McGavin. Under the full-blooded (ie unsubtle) direction of Michael Miller, the members of the cast give it their all. But this TV movie is strictly for soap fans and devoted Steel readers only.

A sad yet lovely movie

T.J. from cramlington, 26th August, 2006

This was a sad but moving romantic film. I really felt sorry for the woman & didnt blame her falling for another man when her older man husband was dying & couldnt give her what she needed. I thought it was lovely that her dying husband gave his blessing to the both of them to be together.
